Objective
First and foremost, our primary objective is to have as much fun as possible in the game. We are looking to master any available end game content that the developers release.
Attendance
Nox Incurro members will be required to attend 1/3 of the raids scheduled in a 30 day time-frame. If you are online at the time of a scheduled raid, you will either be in the raid or on stand-by close to the scheduled instance.

Miscellaneous Information
Promotions - These will be decided by the Class Leader and Guild Master at a scheduled officer meeting. The promoted member must have their responsibilities fully disclosed to them before they are promoted.
Demotions - These will be decided by the Class Leader and Guild Master at a scheduled officer meeting. The member, who is up for demotion, will have a written warning for unwanted behavior, before a demotion vote is held.
Disputes - If a Nox Incurro member is causing problems during a raid by I.E.: causing division amongst members, not following instructions properly or being counterproductive to a successful raid, you will be warned by the Guild Master, Class Leader or Raid Leader. If the warning is not heeded and the behavior continues, you will be removed from the raid. If the behavior continues beyond that, you will be removed from the guild. Any disputes between members of the guild, will be brought to the attention of your Class Leader. It is requested that disputes are not discussed with anyone outside the involved parties.
Raids
Raid Times - The raid schedule will be posted for the week on our website, and the day's raid will be displayed on the Guild Message of the Day.
Attendance - As stated before, attendance is required for 1/3 of the raids scheduled in a 30 day time-frame. The exception to this rule is if the player has an upcoming vacation, business trip or family event I.E. having a baby. Please notify your Class Leader if you will be gone. Also if your character has not logged on in a time period greater than 1 month, that character will be removed from the guild.
Questions about Raid Times - Refer to the calender on the website.

25 Man Raid Zones - Officer Distributed Loot - All loot will be distributed by the ranking officer in the raid. The Guild Master will hold a final say on any and all loot.
Loot Concerns - All questions about loot need to be addressed to your Class Leader. If further discussion is needed, the Class Leader will speak with the Guild Master who has the final decision.
Miscellaneous Rules
1. If any member is in-active for 30 days or more they will be removed from the guild unless otherwise approved by the guild master.
2. There is no rule about profanity, there is a filter for that if you are sensitive to that kind of language. Offensive language and topics will be discussed, if this makes you wary, please consider that this will happen and decide whether or not this will deter you from joining Nox Incurro. We are a mature guild with the majority being 17 and above.
3. The guild leadership has an open door policy. If you have an issue, please bring it to our attention. If the issue can not be resolved, the Guild Master's ruling is FINAL. If no Officer is online, please wait until someone is.
4. To gain member status you must register on the forums and actively participate, upload your information on the roster (if you need help, please ask your leaders), and know the guild rules. There is a 2 week probationary period for all new members. During this time, you may be removed at any time by the Guild Master or Officers if we feel it is necessary. After 14 days, we will make a decision regarding your membership. If necessary we will extend your probation time if we have not seen enough to make a decision on your membership. Probationary members do not have loot rights during raids, but are still expected to be available to raid so that we can get an idea of your skill and ability to follow directions. We need not give you reasons of any kind should you be de-guilded, so please don't bother our members or officers with it.
